Shot from the hip: Spinal Whist EP
Still eclectically Coon, 'Spinal Whist EP' is the group's newest release, featuring four original tracks that will manage to punch you, swing you, briefly tuck you in and possibly slightly confuse you before it's done.
Since their 2016 debut album ‘The Art of Mishearing’, Coon is still hovering around the 130 bpm mark. Bass guitars, guitars and acoustic drums remain parts of the differential equation, swinging in and out of the electronic drive.
Single release of oldie but goldie: In my Head
A bit of an old one but Coon decided to give it a good 'ol spit polish. In My Head was Coon's first track and part of the Digicoustic Sounds album back in the day.
And now it is available on the widest of webs!
The Art of Remixing - mini EP
Following their album debut earlier this year we are proud to announce the release of a mini EP with sweet remixes of selected Coon tracks from 'The Art of Mishearing'. 'The Art of Remixing' features interpretations from Mua, Vayu and Jab, adding energy and pulling Coon towards the club scene.
After a long time in the making, Coon's debut album is finally a thing. Better late...
The loosely assembled bunch of musicians and song writers have worked together on the 10 tracks since the beginning of the millennium, crossing genre lines along the way. The album moves through down-tempo electronic territories, bringing analogue instruments along with it: Chilled, interesting and casual.
Looking into the diversities of Sound
